Terms of Service

1) Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated.

2) Virtual currency & purchases

Any virtual currency/items are licensed to you, not sold. They are non-transferable, non-refundable (except where required by New Zealand law), and may be modified, rebalanced, or removed. Optional purchases, if available, provide virtual content only and do not enable real-money gambling or cash-out.

3) Acceptable use & prohibited conduct

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, reverse engineer, or interfere with security or gameplay.
• Do not harass, post unlawful content, infringe rights, or violate any applicable law.
• Do not buy/sell accounts or virtual items, or attempt to convert virtual items to real value.

4) Intellectual property

The Service, software, artwork, trademarks, and content are owned by KiwiRewardsHub Limited or licensors and protected by IP laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Service for personal entertainment.

5) Suspension, termination & changes

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, for security, or to comply with law. We may update the Service and these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

6) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable).

7) Disputes, governing law

Contact us first to resolve issues. If unresolved, disputes are governed by the laws of New Zealand and subject to the courts of New Zealand (venue: Auckland), unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
