Virtual Currency & In‑Game Purchase Terms

Pricing, taxes, and charges

• Prices are shown at checkout and may be in NZD (or another currency if clearly displayed).
• Any applicable taxes (including New Zealand GST where required) and fees will be shown before you confirm purchase.
• Your bank/card provider may apply foreign exchange or other charges if you pay in a different currency.

Payment processing

Payments may be processed by us and/or third‑party platforms (for example, app stores) and their terms may apply. You authorise the charge when you confirm the purchase.

One‑off purchases and subscriptions

• One‑off: charged once at the displayed price.
• Recurring (if offered): billed in advance on a repeating basis until cancelled. Auto‑renewal terms, billing period, and price will be disclosed at sign‑up.
• To avoid future charges, cancel before the renewal date using the account settings and/or the platform where you subscribed.

Delivery, availability, and issues

Virtual Items are delivered digitally to your account, usually immediately after successful payment. Delivery may be delayed due to technical issues, fraud checks, or platform outages. If items are missing after purchase, contact us with the transaction details.

Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks

• Because Virtual Items are delivered digitally, refunds are generally not available once the item is delivered or used, except where required by New Zealand law.
• If a purchase was made through an app store or third‑party platform, their refund process may apply and you may need to request the refund through them.
• We may refuse, reverse, or limit access to Virtual Items obtained via unauthorised transactions, fraud, or chargebacks, and may suspend the related account where permitted.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (where applicable) or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Virtual Item rules

• Virtual Items are licensed to you for personal, non‑commercial use; they are non‑transferable and cannot be sold, traded, or gifted unless we expressly allow it.
• We may change, rebalance, or discontinue Virtual Items and related features to maintain the service.
• Virtual Items may expire or be removed if required for safety, compliance, or integrity of the service.
